Florent's experience in aviation goes back more than 15 years. Prior to creating JetFlo, Florent was TAG Aviation Europe Chief Commercial Officer and General Manager of TAG Aviation SA, where he worked for 12 years. Before TAG Aviation, Florent held various positions with Bombardier Aerospace, Skyjet International and Vistajet. Florent is educated as a lawyer with degrees from the Université de Nice-Sophia Antipolis and the Université du Sud Toulon Var.

Born and raised in Switzerland, Marc started his career in aviation in 2001. Initially working in the airline industry, he joined private aviation in 2009 as Charter Sales Executive. Marc occupied various positions in Sales including Business Development Manager working for a leading operator in Europe. His experience and attention to detail combined with his extraordinary sense of hospitality guarantees your flights booked with JetFlo will be unforgettable.

Born in the UK and raised in Spain, Alessandra began her career in aviation as an Aerospace Engineer in 2017. Over the years she has held a variety of sales and leadership roles across Europe, gaining a reputation for building strong client relationships and driving business growth. Her international background, bilingual skills, and attention to detail ensure every journey is seamless and memorable.

With over 27 years of hands-on experience in business aviation, Michel combines deep industry knowledge with a passion for client service. His journey spans key roles in Dispatch, Client Support, Charter Sales, and Key Account Management — each enriching his expertise and sharpening his ability to deliver seamless charter solutions.

Of Spanish origin but born and raised in Geneva, Vincent has developed a passion for customer service and commitment to excellence. With several years of experience in luxury fitness, high-end events and hospitality, Vincent's warm personality, communication skills and know-how will ensure an unforgettable experience for you. He will be happy to assist you in French, English and Spanish.

Alex is a junior charter broker with experience in VIP flight operations and working closely with the top VVIP. With a multicultural background, he brings adaptability, strong communication skills, and a global mindset to his work. With a Swiss quality mindset developed during his bachelor degree at Glion, he will always do the extra step to ensure the satisfaction of our service. Alex can handle communication in French, English, Russian or Spanish.

Lola leads JetFlo's marketing and communications efforts, crafting the brand's voice across digital channels and ensuring our message of sustainable luxury aviation reaches the right audience.

Maxime brings energy and dedication to the JetFlo sales team. His attention to detail and client-first approach ensures every charter experience exceeds expectations.
