1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JetFlo website and the charter brokerage services provided by JetFlo Private Aviation (“JetFlo”, “we”, “us”), based at Chem. des Papillons 4, 1216 Meyrin, Geneva, Switzerland. By using our website or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.

2. JetFlo is a broker, not an operator

JetFlo acts solely as an air charter broker. We arrange flights that are operated by independent third-party air carriers holding a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC). JetFlo does not own, operate or control any aircraft, and is not a party to the contract of carriage between you and the operator.

The operator is solely responsible for the operation and safety of each flight. We select operators for their reliability and can, on request, prioritise operators holding additional safety accreditations (ARGUS, WYVERN, IS-BAO).

3. Quotes and bookings

Quotes are indicative and based on the information you provide and on aircraft availability at the time of enquiry. A booking is confirmed only once we issue a written confirmation and any required payment has been received. Prices may change if trip details, timings, routing, passenger numbers or operator availability change.

4. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full before departure. We accept the payment methods indicated during booking, which may include card and digital-asset payments processed by third-party providers. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, de-icing, catering, ground transport or other charges that are not expressly included in your confirmation.

5. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the operator's terms for your specific booking, which we will communicate to you before confirmation. Depending on timing and aircraft, cancellation charges may apply up to the full charter price. We will always work to minimise any charges on your behalf.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all passengers hold valid travel documents (passports, visas, permits) and comply with applicable immigration, customs and health requirements. You agree to provide accurate passenger and baggage information and to comply with the operator's safety instructions and reasonable conditions of carriage.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JetFlo's liability arising from its brokerage services is limited to the brokerage fee received for the relevant booking. JetFlo is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays or cancellations of operators or other third parties, nor for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Swiss law.

8. Sustainability claims

Where we reference carbon offsetting, Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) or emission reductions (for example through our Green Quote® programme), these depend on the options selected and are delivered through third-party partners. Figures are estimates based on those partners' methodologies.

9. Intellectual property

The JetFlo name, logo and website content are owned by JetFlo or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party trademarks (aircraft manufacturers, payment networks, accreditations) belong to their respective owners.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Geneva, Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply to you.
